Position transducers mod. MIDI, utilizes optic refraction on steel tape reading technology.
Of reduced dimension, but similar to position transducer mod. VTL.
They are suitable for application on machines with space problems: profile projector, E.D.M., diametral lathes...
The achievable resolution are the following: 0,01/0,005.
The extreme useful travel is 1250mm.
THE READING HEAD IS COMPLETELY INTERCHANGEABLE WITH POSITION TRANSDUCER MOD. VTL.
